Zeta Iota Iota Foundation Inc. is a PA non-profit corporation established in Philadelphia County on May 17, 2012. Its Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws are filed with the PA Department of State and it is a registered charity with the PA Bureau of Charitable Organizations. Zeta Iota Iota Foundation Inc. is also recognized as a Public Charity as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code.
ZII HAS A LONG-STANDING COMMITMENT TO SUPPORTING THE GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT OF AFRICAN-AMERICAN YOUTH IN THE DELAWARE VALLEY THROUGH PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES INCLUDING ITS ANNUAL HERVIE BLYTHER MEMORIAL HBCU TOUR, SCHOLARSHIPS, AND MENTORSHIP PROGRAM.
